These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all websites, mobile applications, and other electronic services (collectively, the "Services") owned and operated by Speedy's Parts, Inc. ("Speedy's Parts," "we," "us," or "our").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and can form a legally binding contract. You represent and warrant that your use of the Services is lawful, that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of the Services may be subject to U.S. export and import laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Limited Right to Use the Services
Ownership. All content, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and media ("Content") are the property of Speedy's Parts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for purchasing products and for other ordinary retail purposes. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Restrictions. You agree not to: violate any laws; scrape, harvest, or extract data; reverse engineer or tamper with the Services; infringe intellectual property rights; upload malware or harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; or frame or mirror the Services without written permission.
Products, Pricing & Order Acceptance
Products are available within the U.S. and select international markets. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions identify items by brand and manufacturer part number; it is the customer's responsibility to verify fitment before ordering (we verify fitment free of charge on request).
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including orders affected by obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount charged for the affected items.
The Services are an online retail platform for truck, trailer, and heavy-equipment parts and do not provide professional, mechanical, or engineering advice.
User Submissions
You are responsible for content you submit (including reviews and messages). By submitting content, you grant Speedy's Parts a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with the Services. We may remove or modify submissions at our discretion, but we do not alter the substance of genuine customer reviews.
Warranties & Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDY'S PARTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES. Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is the exclusive product warranty where offered; see our Return & Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speedy's Parts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including downtime, lost profits, or labor costs) arising from use of the Services or products purchased through them. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and Speedy's Parts regarding the Services.
