How fast do you process orders?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on product availability.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated transit times:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Ground: 1–6 business days
- Second Day: 2–3 business days
- Next Day: 1–2 business days
Transit times are estimates and do not include processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges required by their country or carrier.
What if my order is freight / oversized?
Some large or oversized items ship via freight (LTL). If your order requires freight delivery, we may contact you with additional delivery details. Freight deliveries are typically curbside; services like lift-gate or inside delivery may add carrier fees.
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a Return Authorization (RA).
Do you provide return labels?
In most cases, we will provide a free USPS return label once your return is approved and an RA is issued.
What condition must returns be in?
Returns must be new, uninstalled, undamaged, and in saleable condition with original packaging. Items that have been installed or modified are not accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Are any items non-refundable?
Yes. Special Order items and electronics are non-refundable. In certain cases, some products may be designated “non-refundable” prior to purchase and require authorization.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returned merchandise.
What if my package arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, contact us within 24–48 hours. Photos of the product and packaging help us resolve issues faster.
