Common Questions
Why does my status say “Label Created”?
The carrier has generated a label, but the package may not have been scanned yet. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan.
What if my order includes freight / oversized items?
Freight shipments may require an appointment. If the carrier needs to schedule delivery, they may contact you directly.
My order shows delivered, but I don’t have it.
Check around your property and with neighbors/receiving departments. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help.
