Returns


You may return the part you purchased within 30 days of receiving it to receive a full refund.
Please contact us before sending any items back.
In most cases, you will be provided a free USPS return label.

All products are new and unused unless specifically listed otherwise and are properly identified by brand and manufacturer part number.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number.
Above all else, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention.

Return Policy Notes


• Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
• All returns must have a valid RA (Return Authorization) number issued by our customer service department.
• All returns must be new, uninstalled, and undamaged.
• All returns must be in the original boxes and packaging and in saleable condition.
• Products that have been installed or modified will not be accepted.
• Some products are deemed non-refundable and must be authorized prior to processing.
Special Order items and electronics are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee


Speedy’s Parts has a 20% restocking fee that applies to every sale.

Return Process


1. Contact your sales representative to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Ship your return to our facility.
3. Receive a credit within 48 hours of Speedy’s Parts receiving and inspecting your return.

Warranty Policy


1) Warranty Period


Speedy’s Parts provides a 90-day limited warranty on eligible products purchased through our online store, beginning on the date the item is delivered to the customer.
After the 90-day warranty period has ended, the item is no longer covered under this warranty.

2) What This Warranty Does Not Cover


This warranty does not apply to issues caused by conditions outside of normal intended use, including but not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, improper handling, or misuse
• Failures related to fuel or exhaust components resulting from contaminated, incorrect, or low-quality fuel (including pollution-related fuel issues or leaded fuel where applicable)
• Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect diagnosis, or careless repair attempts that result in external or internal damage
• Defects, malfunctions, or corrosion caused by environmental or chemical exposure (industrial/chemical emissions, acid/alkaline contaminants, road de-icing chemicals, plant sap, bird/animal waste, and other reactive substances)
• Damage from weather or natural events such as hail, lightning, flooding, or similar conditions
• Items subject to routine service life or aging (examples may include filters, belts, and similar wear items)

3) Requirements to Submit a Warranty Claim


To help us process your claim quickly, the following may be required:

• Proof of purchase from Speedy’s Parts (invoice/receipt/order confirmation)
• Documentation from a qualified service facility (if applicable) showing the work performed
• A written diagnosis or technician statement describing the defect or failure
• Paid invoice(s) for the labor performed related to the inspection/installation (if applicable)

Resolution


If the product meets the warranty requirements and is confirmed to be defective under normal use during the warranty period, Speedy’s Parts will, at our discretion:

• Cover the cost to repair/refurbish the part, or
• If the part cannot be repaired, issue a refund for 100% of the purchase price

Speedy’s Parts is not responsible for claims that do not meet the warranty conditions listed above.
