Returns
You may return the part you purchased within 30 days of receiving it to receive a full refund.
Please contact us before sending any items back.
In most cases, you will be provided a free USPS return label.
All products are new and unused unless specifically listed otherwise and are properly identified by brand and manufacturer part number.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number.
Above all else, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention.
Return Policy Notes
• Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• All returns must have a valid RA (Return Authorization) number issued by our customer service department.
• All returns must be new, uninstalled, and undamaged.
• All returns must be in the original boxes and packaging and in saleable condition.
• Products that have been installed or modified will not be accepted.
• Some products are deemed non-refundable and must be authorized prior to processing.
• Special Order items and electronics are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Speedy’s Parts has a 20% restocking fee that applies to every sale.
Return Process
1. Contact your sales representative to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Ship your return to our facility.
3. Receive a credit within 48 hours of Speedy’s Parts receiving and inspecting your return.
